First day at my first real gig went pretty well. I found out that I would get paid a pretty penny and will be there for a few months for sure.

I went to my first meeting and felt totally out of the loop. Everyone has their smart phones out, fingers ready to tap out the latest engagements to put on their calendars, while I have not even a notebook to write in. I knew nothing of what they were talking about.
